RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@zoviafragrance.com or by phone at 240-998-8596. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels are provided at our discretion depending on the circumstances of the return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Digital products of any kind
- Any item that has been opened or used
- Sale or clearance items
- Private label orders
- Wholesale orders
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We want to make it right — reach out as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution.
REFUNDS
All approved returns are refunded as store credit. Store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned item. You will be notified by email when your return has been reviewed and your store credit has been applied.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
