ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


SHIPPING CARRIERS & RATES

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and order details to ensure the most reliable delivery experience.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all qualifying orders of $50 or more at checkout — no code required. Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout.


DELIVERY AREA

At this time, Zovia Fragrances ships within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to fulfill physical product orders to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase — including your shipping address, item selection, and quantities.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed to our carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. However, we understand that issues can arise and we are committed to working with you.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Each situation is reviewed individually and we will do our best to reach a fair resolution.

We recommend filing a claim directly with USPS or UPS as well, as this may expedite your resolution. Please retain all packaging materials and photographs of any damage, as these may be requested during the review process.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the USPS or UPS website using the tracking number provided. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
